We are seeking an experienced Team Leader | Transportation to guide our Bridge Team in Morgantown, WV. In this role, you will provide leadership both in-person and virtually, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and professional growth. You will be instrumental in ensuring successful project execution, optimizing resources, and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Development: Coach, lead, and inspire team members to reinforce a culture of ownership, engagement, and professional growth
  • Project & Resource Management: Drive superior project execution, cross-service collaboration, and workload prioritization while monitoring project budgets and utilization
  • Client Relations: Support efforts to maintain long-term client partnerships by delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with peers, Group Managers, and Service Group team members to drive budget management, technical direction, and operational efficiency

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a transportation/structures emphasis (Master's degree a plus+)
  • State of West Virginia Professional Engineering license
  • 10+ years of project experience in bridge design and/or bridge inspection and load rating
  • Knowledge of WVDOH and PENNDOT bridge design standards, manuals and procedures.
  • Knowledge of AASHTO, AISC, PCI, ACI and other related design codes
  • Working knowledge of Open Bridge / Open Roads, Microstation, AutoCAD Civil 3D; Microsoft Office Suite and various structural software programs
  • Client-focused leader and team player with strong budgeting, communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License is required
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
