Job description

Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start Time: 7am to 4pm

Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and qualified applicants to fill the position of a Rental Agent. Position will be 5% outdoors and 95% indoors.

We are looking for confident individuals with a customer service orientation, strong interpersonal and telephone skills, provide front line contact with customers, match vehicle demand with availability, desire for growth, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Rental Agent Job Responsibilities:
-Customer interaction (in-person, email, phone, etc.)
-Going out on sales calls and meeting potential clients
-Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, report any issues found
-Fleet Management and Inventory
-Billing
-Open/Close Rental Agreements
-Daily rental check in/out
-Generate reports
-Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles
-Fuel island inspections
-Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
-Work with Sales team within the company.

Job Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years' experience in transportation rental and leasing required
-Strong data entry skills 
-Strong customer service skills
-Microsoft Excel experience required
-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-Requires ability to get in & out of commercial trucks.
-Ability to work independently, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required.
-Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment
