We are seeking a Project Manager/Senior Civil Engineer to join our Baton Rouge, LA team! We would consider professionals with DOTD experience to potentially work remotely. Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing multiple transportation/civil design projects
  • Providing daily quality control
  • Managing and training junior level engineers
  • Assisting with business development

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional licensure in civil engineering in LA or ability to secure within 6 months
  • 10 years of highway/civil design
  • Preferred Experience: 5 years DOTD project management

Technical Requirements:
  • Experience with Bentley MicroStation V8 or AutoCAD required
  • Experience with Bentley Open Roads Designer preferred
  • Primavera or Microsoft Project experience a plus
  • Proven track record of successful project and client development
  • Experience leading a team
  • Project management experience on a variety of Federal, State, Parish and City transportation projects and contracts a plus
