What you'll do:Champion a strong safety culture on assigned projects through proactive leadership and vigilance in identifying and addressing potential safety issuesProvide ongoing mentorship and training to direct reports. Host regular performance conversations to set goals, provide feedback, and support the development of direct reports.Using Aldridge's standard processes and guidelines, manage all facets of assigned projects or assigned project scopes including safety, planning, scheduling, financials, and project executionMonitor project health using Aldridge's project management tools. Enact change when required.Manage projects in accordance with Aldridge's contract with the customer Own the financial tracking and reporting of assigned projects or assigned project scopesMonitor billings and cash flow to ensure a positive cash position on all projectsProactively manage subcontractors and vendors, including safety, work planning, scheduling, and paymentsAct as a point of contact for communication with the customer on the project
