Job description

ACERTUS is seeking a highly motivated and driven Processor for our License and Title team (Initials). This role is critical in ensuring quality documentation, client engagement, state compliance, and customer SLA execution. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Pay: $22-$24/hr

We are offering a $500 Total Sign-on Bonus!

What you will be doing:

    • Manage initial and state transfer transactions, in compliance with state-specific regulations.
    • Reviewing supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
    • Research and resolve an issue related to paperwork.
    • Communicate both internally and externally with partners.
    • Ability to deliver on team goals, KPIs, and ensure accountability.
    • Maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Partner with leadership to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

      What are we looking for? 

      • High School diploma or GED Required
      • Previous experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus. 
      • Must maintain a valid, current driver’s license
      • Proficient in proprietary software, Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with general office equipment.
      • Zendesk experience preferred but not required.
      • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
      • Critical thinking skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
      • Working knowledge of transportation logistics and state titling requirements preferred.
      • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Capable of performing effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
