Conduct investigations as required.Perform other duties as required.QualificationsCertified AME preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills.Possesses strong fundamental aircraft knowledge.Demonstrates ability to motivate employees.Experience3 to 5 years of practical experience in an aviation environment, particularly in quality assurance or inspection roles, is essential.Proficiency in conducting audits, including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up.Thorough knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), particularly those related to airworthiness and maintenance, is crucial. Familiar with the principles of Quality Management System (QMS) and how they are applied within an aerospace context, including document control, process control, and continuous improvement is an asset.
