Star Nonemergent Transportation is seeking Nonemergency Medical Transport  Drivers. We are currently looking for a reliable and caring drivers who wants to go above and beyond to help clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drivers will be responsible for transporting clients to their appointments and other treatments safely and in timely manner
  • Assures all tie down and wheelchair lifts and gurneys are secured properly 
  • Effectively communicate with clients, staff, families and other entities 
  • Follow schedules and assist clients on and off the vehicles in a safe and courteous manner. 
  • Clean and inspect vehicles. Report all maintenances to immediate supervisor in timely manner
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving 
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors 
Requirements 
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently 
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Clean background check 
  • Current or complete CPR/First Aid Certification upon hire
  • Clean drug screening
  • Able to navigate and find locations using GPS
