Roles & Responsibilities

The Director of Hospitality is responsible for overseeing the operations of the front of house and drive-thru at Chick-fil-A Green Bay. The position reports to the Owner/Operator.

The mission of the Director of Hospitality is to play a key role in the store, guest experience, and day-to-day Front of House operations. The ultimate goal for this role is to lead a team and ensure that all aspects of the Front of House are running smoothly and efficiently while delivering a remarkable guest experience. This opportunity is far greater than “fast food” but is an opportunity for a key individual to have a daily impact on team members and the business functions. After spending an initial training period learning the basics of the Chick-fil-A operation and procedures, this individual should be fully prepared to take ownership over all processes related to Guest Satisfaction and Experience and the Front of House.

Your responsibility is to:
  • Oversee and ensure Guest Satisfaction and Experience through delivering a remarkable experience
  • Work in the operations by leading teams of around 25-30 daily
  • Supervise 50-100 employees
  • Manage systems and processes in the Front of House
  • Enthusiastically lead and positively impact our team and culture through celebrating successes and modeling hospitality with team members and guests
  • Assess operation results and reports weekly with an ongoing evaluation of business operations to improve each area
  • Track and improve store goals with a focus on Customer Experience Monitors
  • Meet weekly with the Hospitality Team to help them be successful in all performance results and goals of the business
  • Hold team members accountable to all policies and procedures; ensure fair disciplinary action
  • Ensure that all Front of House equipment is maintained and that all areas meet cleanliness standards
  • Coach and develop A-grade talent
  • Perform off-shift managerial tasks for Front of House such as leadership development, team member evaluations, and money management
  • Partner with other Directors to assure that all events and new initiatives align with the hospitality vision
  • Meet regularly with Leadership Team and the Operator for training/personal development and to execute the overall vision and grow the overall success of the store
  • Support in the operations of the restaurant first then perform director duties.

· Base Salary of between $40,000-$50,000/year
