Job Summary
The Transport Driver operates a tractor with a tanker trailer to pick up the product from the supplier and deliver to contracted facilities, following safety guidelines, industry regulations, as well as company protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure health and safety by following all industry standards and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Perform safe loading and unloading procedures
  • Conduct vehicle pre and post inspections to prevent damage/injury
  • Complete pickups and deliveries at designated locations
  • Log and maintain accurate driving and inspection logs, and other applicable reports
  • Follow all local, state and federal compliance regulations and rules
  • Maintain efficient communication with dispatch and other operation personnel
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must have Class A License with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements.
  • Doubles/Triples endorsement
  • Must have or be able to obtain TWIC card
  • Must meet state and federal regulations and DOT requirements
  • Acceptable driving record required
  • Flexibility with schedule and ability to travel
  • Prefer 2+ years fuel transportation experience
