Job description

Position Title: Shipping Office Assistant
Work Location: Green Bay WI 54303
Payrate: $21/hr
Duration: 3+ months with high chances extension/conversion
Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Mon - Fri)
Dress Code: jeans and T-shirt
 
Job Description:
  • The Shipping Office Assistant organizes, communicates, and prepares paperwork related to transportation and warehouse functions.
  • Support Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to promote a safe, sanitary, and hygienically sound workplace.
  • Assign work orders, check orders, assign, and ship all loads in SAP and prepare all load paperwork
  • Print pick sheets for forklift drivers and communicate daily work assignments – loads, stages to the main site.
  • Greeting inbound and outbound drivers.
  • Direct them to the assigned warehouse door for unloading/loading.
  • Make sure their paperwork is correct before they leave the office.
  • Maintain the paperwork flow and documentation for main site.
  • Scanning docs into F: Drive and filing the paperwork in the correct filing cabinet.
  • Follow work assignments as delegated by the supervisor.
  • Assist and support warehouse team and transportation as needed.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
