Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of crews
  • Direct gardening/Horticulture teams to deliver beauty through horticultural expertise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers

Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience leading a gardening, horticulture team
  • Strong knowledge of local horticulture
  • Professional certification (MCLP, MCH, Master Gardener Certification) preferred but not required

$65,000 - $75,000 Annually
