LYONS TRUCK PARTS INC in Kenosha, WI is looking for a skilled Transmission/Differential Rebuilder to join their team. Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild manual transmissions for heavy-duty trucks
  • Rebuild and repair differentials, axles, and drivetrain components to OEM specifications
  • Diagnose mechanical failures and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions
  • Measure and inspect gears, bearings, shafts, and housings using precision tools
  • Reassemble units ensuring proper tolerances, torque specs, and quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the rebuild shop
