Department: Provider Fin Analysis

Engagement Description: Manage Blueprint workstream projects:  
Support/facilitate business case and business requirements development
Facilitate project business decision making
Develop and manage complete end-to-end project plan which includes business implementation, readiness, and technical
 milestones
Compile status reports reflecting all aspects of project execution including business implementation, readiness and technical inputs
Work with all project stakeholders to resolve project issues or mitigate risks
Facilitate the development of User Acceptance Testing scenarios and business approvals
Facilitate defect tracking and resolution in coordination with IT
Provide consolidated (business and IT) project status reporting, verbally and in writing
Ensure proper transition of ongoing business activities prior to project closure
Support business readiness activities including workgroup breakout sessions, process, and procedure development.

Basic knowledge of database concepts and design, layouts, report building, etc.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in - Business Management, Finance, IT, Information Science, Library Science, or related healthcare administration field
Certifications Desired - PMP (preferred), PgMP
