The Job
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, can juggle multiple projects, and enjoys helping teams stay on track and succeed
- Monitor and support multiple parallel projects, coordinating resources across departments to meet timelines and project goals.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and guiding them on project scope.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, and schedules in collaboration with Operations teams.
- Conduct kick-off meetings, maintain clear communication channels, and document progress through reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical, scheduling, budget, or resourcing challenges, collaborating with QA, IT, facilities, and other support units.
- Assist with onboarding project personnel and ensuring compliance with regulatory and QPS quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by conducting project post-mortems and identifying lessons learned.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Hands-on understanding of biological or pharmaceutical analytical methods is a plus
Education & Experience
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience or Associate’s Degree + 4 years relevant experience or High School/GED + 6 years relevant experience
- Experience in regulated industry laboratories preferred
- PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus
