Job Description Senior Enterprise Project Manager - Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) Contract Role (3 days/week Onsite) Bridgewater NJ Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead strategic enterprise transformation initiatives across Salesforce, SAP, Dayforce, WMS (Warehouse Mgmt Systems), ERP, and other business-critical programs. This individual will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate combines executive presence with hands-on execution, bringing strong experience managing enterprise implementations, project financials, vendors, risks, and organizational change.

Required Experience: 8+ years of enterprise project management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives. Proven success delivering Salesforce implementation or CRM transformation projects. Experience managing enterprise initiatives involving ERP, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, Finance, HRIS, Customer Experience, or Manufacturing systems.

Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership, business owners, Finance, and IT. Experience leading third-party implementation partners and system integrators. Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
