The Opportunity
Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Sales Manager supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a powerful blend of elevated luxury and modern simplicity, serving Silicon Valley's leading tech, corporate, and campus-based clientele.
As a Campus Sales Manager, You'll:
  • Drive group, catering, and business transient revenue across both TETRA Hotel and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park.
  • Proactively solicit, negotiate, and contract new and repeat business with a focus on campus-based and corporate accounts.
  • Manage assigned accounts while prospecting new opportunities through calls, site visits, networking, and community engagement.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business across the dual-brand campus.
  • Create, detail, and manage contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and event resumes with precision.
  • Maintain accurate and timely information in Marriott CI/TY, MARSHA, Lightspeed, and related sales systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Catering, Operations, Culinary, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Attend and lead sales, BEO, and resume meetings as required.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying future sales opportunities.
  • Support campus-wide sales strategies, promotions, and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of hotel sales experience in group rooms, catering, and/or business transient segments.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, close, and detail business successfully.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Marriott systems experience strongly preferred (CI/TY, MARSHA, Opera, Lightspeed, Delphi).
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, campus-based team environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
