This position is primarily remote, offering counselors the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office for scheduled meetings and collaborative efforts. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand client needs and establish effective therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using interventions that are aligned with best practices in counseling.
• Provide individual, couple, and family counseling sessions with a focus on fostering open communication and understanding.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to create a cohesive treatment approach.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the mental health field through continuous professional development and participation in relevant training sessions.

The LPC will be working with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. • A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) with no disciplinary actions.
• Experience in providing outpatient counseling services, particularly in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive client care.

• Previous experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting client interactions.
• Specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed approaches.
• Demonstrated history of continuous education and improvement through workshops or advanced training programs.
