Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive working relationships while upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress towards treatment goals, schedule follow-up appointments, and determine appropriate discharge plans when necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring approaches based on their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and progress notes following all telehealth protocols.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to collect essential information about clients' mental health histories and present concerns.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clientsโ€™ mental health journeys.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to discuss clinical cases, seek feedback, and identify areas for professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
  • Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
