Calm Reflections Mental Health Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Morristown, Tennessee. This role operates within a fully remote telehealth setting, enabling clinicians to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Our facility utilizes advanced telehealth technologies, including video conferencing and online documentation systems, to facilitate seamless and effective therapy sessions.

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive working relationships while upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress towards treatment goals, schedule follow-up appointments, and determine appropriate discharge plans when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring approaches based on their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and progress notes following all telehealth protocols.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to collect essential information about clients' mental health histories and present concerns.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients’ mental health journeys.
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to discuss clinical cases, seek feedback, and identify areas for professional growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

The telehealth LPC will serve a diverse outpatient population, including a variety of age groups and backgrounds. As a key player in our mental health care team, you'll address complex emotional issues, behavioral challenges, and personal crises, assisting clients in navigating their mental health journeys in a supportive and collaborative manner.

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and telehealth platforms such as PIMSY to manage client records and documentation efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and implementing effective treatment plans.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment and using virtual platforms for therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of specific evidence-based therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our fee-for-service model guarantees rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring no waiting for reimbursement. Clinicians also enjoy the following benefits:
