Job description

Title: IT Program Manager (OCM Expert)

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Miami, FL)

Type: 6 month contract to hire

Notes

  • This persons will move into and take over the current Manager's role

  • They need at least 10 years of OCM experience is a must

  • Someone that has ran an OCM program

  • They want a leader as this person will be interacting with vps, CIO. This person needs to be at the same level and able to push back when needed. Someone that is very well spoken, will be leading town halls 

  • Needs 5 years of Ppl management experience 

  • Ideal fit is someone with the right OCM, Engagement, Executive Comms, technical training oversight experience AND people management experience

  • Must have strong understanding of OCM principles and can work independently without being taught how to do an OCM plan.
  • Drive the successful adoption of business and technology transformations by leading enterprise-level organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies and implementation plans that encompass stakeholder analysis, executive alignment, communication, organizational transition, change readiness, capability building, and end-user training.
  • Spearhead critical projects and foster collaboration with IT leaders to identify, share, and scale best practices across the enterprise.
