Description du poste

Vous souhaitez concevoir des strategies de changement a fort impact et accompagner les entreprises dans leurs transformations en profondeur ? 

Intervenez dans le cadre de projets Business Transformation & Change Management, au sein de la Business Unit Human Resources & Transformation, specialisee dans la transformation des directions RH, aupres de clients dans des secteurs d'activites varies (banque, energie, transport, secteur public, retail, etc).

En tant que consultant(e), vous intervenez aupres de clients grands comptes sur des projets strategiques et operationnels a fort impact, qu'ils soient digitaux, organisationnels, culturels ou metiers, tels que :

Business Transformation 

  • Plan strategique : definir de nouveaux modeles operationnels, analyser les ruptures et elaborer des plans strategiques. 
  • Reorganisations : realiser des diagnostics organisationnels, concevoir de nouvelles structures et accompagner les enjeux sociaux. 
  • Performance operationnelle : deployer des strategies d'optimisation et d'efficacite, de reduction des couts. 
  • Post-Merger Integration : preparer et piloter des projets de fusion, carve-out ou demantelement, de l'identification des risques/opportunites jusqu'au deploiement (organisation, leadership, culture). 
  • Gouvernance : mettre en place des modeles de gouvernance optimisant les chaines de decision. 

Change Management

  • Audit : realiser des diagnostics de maturite et d'impact du changement.
  • Plan strategique : elaborer des strategies d'accompagnement adaptees au contexte client. 
  • Communication : concevoir et animer des dispositifs de communication et d'engagement. 
  • Coaching & formation : accompagner les managers dans leur posture de transformation (coaching, ateliers, co-developpement) et les leaders dans leur sponsoring des programmes de transformation.
  • Suivi : piloter, mesurer et ancrer les resultats dans la duree. 

Vous etes egalement amene(e) a vous impliquer dans la vie interne du cabinet, autour de differents sujets :

  • Le developpement ou le renforcement de nos offres / decryptages des innovations et des enjeux actuels.
  • Le developpement de nouvelles opportunites au travers de reponses aux appels d'offres et de propositions commerciales.
  • La politique de publication de l'equipe (redaction d'articles, presentation de decryptage sectoriel, etudes, livres blancs, ...).
Qualifications

Diplome(e) d'une grande ecole d'ingenieur, d'une grande ecole de management, vous justifiez idealement d'une premiere experience reussie de 3 a 5 dans le conseil ou en transformation des organisations.

Vous disposez d'une appetence pour les enjeux lies a la data et l'IA, d'une capacite a monter en competences rapidement sur ces sujets et etes enthousiaste a l'idee d'accompagner nos clients a en saisir les opportunites.
