Data Administrator

The Data Administrator is responsible for overseeing systems data quality in the council to ensure data integrity for decision-making at all levels. They run and review data quality reports, identify issues, investigate root causes, and work with specialists to implement corrective action. This role also involves assisting with systems training, maintaining council-wide data, and serving as a technical system liaison.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in project teams for data quality cleanups and user testing
  • Administer council-wide data integrity and user account maintenance
  • Review data quality reports daily and resolve issues
  • Diagnose system errors and provide solutions
  • Conduct staff application training
  • Create and update business and application procedures
  • Act as a technical system liaison between users and GSUSA
  • Monitor system issues, outages, and updates
  • Fulfill data requests on short notice
  • Develop ETL processes for data uploads
  • Manage membership order functions
  • Manage staff and volunteer access to systems
  • Create and maintain end-user reports
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''''s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
  • Documented ETL capability/experience
  • Documented System Administrator experience

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Understanding of Data Management principles
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI
  • Advanced SQL skills
