Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst III, Business Process Transactions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service, transaction processing, and Microsoft Office and a proven ability to deliver accurate, timely responses while strengthening client and customer relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries with clear, high-quality responses.
  • Process transactions and track responses through completion.
  • Build and maintain client and customer relationships using communication, listening, and empathy.
  • Navigate systems efficiently to provide integrated resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Perform duties consistently and professionally with strong verbal, interpersonal, and service skills.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a shift within hours of operation and flex for overtime as needed.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to serving customers in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Prior call center experience.


Additional Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of background screening, including criminal history and education.
  • Availability for overtime, evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
