TRANSACTION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Responsibilities and practice:

The Salt Lake City, Utah office of Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar is seeking a corporate and transaction associate with excellent academic credentials to join our sophisticated corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of sophisticated experience in the areas of corporate, securities, financing, governance, M&A, and general business transactions.

Candidates should have specific and meaningful experience representing clients in negotiating and closing equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising clients on compliance and general business matters. The person hired for this position will be part of a dedicated team and can expect to work on matters such as:

  • Entity formation and the structuring of transactions
  • Negotiating and drafting complex transaction documents
  • Managing transaction due diligence processes, closings and checklists
  • Federal and state securities laws and filings
  • Helping build client relationships
