Job Summary
The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while driving clinic performance through membership sales and operational excellence. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered environment while supporting clinic goals, team collaboration, and overall business growth.

The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, highly organized, and passionate about helping others through wellness care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations

  • Greet all members and patients with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor
  • Manage patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently using clinic systems (e.g., POS, Carbon)
  • Maintain smooth patient flow to support both new patients and established visits
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
  • Assist patients with completing required forms and onboarding processes
  • Ensure all patient interactions reflect a high level of service and professionalism

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Confidently present and sell Wellness Plans, packages, and promotions
  • Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and ongoing wellness
  • Re-engage inactive members and support retention efforts
  • Meet or exceed individual and clinic sales goals
  • Accurately apply promotions and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain strong product and promotion knowledge at all times

Clinic Operations & Compliance

  • Perform daily operational tasks including:
    • Transaction processing and account management
    • Inventory monitoring and ordering processes
    • Maintaining Digital Blue Book accuracy (cash handling, daily logs, etc.)
  • Ensure clinic cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Communicate patient concerns, feedback, or incidents to leadership appropriately

Team Collaboration & Culture

  • Support clinic and regional goals through teamwork and accountability
  • Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with team members
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy clinic culture aligned with JV standards
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities
  • Accept and apply constructive feedback as a tool for growth

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Support local marketing initiatives and clinic growth efforts
  • Participate in community outreach and in-clinic promotions when applicable
  • Assist with social media or grassroots marketing efforts as directed
