Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Varies (Includes nights, weekends, and holidays)

Salary: $14.00/15.00 hour


Job Summary : Are you an outgoing, high-energy professional who loves delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dynamic Players Club Representative to serve as the face of our casino's loyalty program. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, helping them maximize their experience by enrolling them in our club, explaining promotions, and delivering elite hospitality.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Guest Enrollment: Sign up new members for the Players Loyalty Club and print membership cards accurately.
  • Program Promotion: Proactively educate guests on club benefits, reward tiers, and upcoming casino events.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle player transactions, and process promotional rewards based on established tier play.
  • Compliance & Records: Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and state gaming regulations (including Title 31 tracking).
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns regarding their club accounts, point balances, or promotions with the utmost professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Floor Managers and Marketing teams to facilitate smooth on-property events.

Required Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state Gaming Control Board registration.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of customer service experience required; gaming or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a vibrant, welcoming personality.
  • Technical Savvy: Basic proficiency in computer applications; familiarity with Player Tracking Systems or POS terminals is a major plus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays to accommodate peak casino hours.
