TheTransaction Coordinatorwill play an essential role in supporting the execution of commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Working alongside a dynamicteam in Denver, CO, this role manages document flow, coordinates with internal teams and externalpartiesand ensures that key deadlines are met.This Coordinator will demonstrate willingness and capability toleverageemerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed, and will exercisesound judgment, creativethinking,andaccountability for outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the collection and distribution of due diligence materials for acquisitions, dispositions, and loan transactions.

  • Assistin reviewing leases and rent rolls; help prepare estoppels and SNDA agreements.

  • Utilize systems such as Yardi, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft to gather data and create property and tenant reports.

  • Maintain internal checklists and update due diligence files for internal teams, lenders, and buyers ina timelyand organized manner.

  • Compile property data andassistin preparing packages for Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) reports and Offering Memorandums.

  • Organize, track, andmaintaincomprehensive transaction documentation; flag missing items and follow up on outstanding issues.

Hiring Salary Range of: $27.00-$34.00/hr. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
