  • Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales in the furniture, technology and supplies areas of the store.
  • Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders.
  • Ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards.
  • Support all merchandising and signage standards including planograms and stocking.
  • Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.

Specifically, you will

  • Engage with and sell to all our customers by offering tailored products and services using all tools and techniques available in our selling model to anticipate and meet future customer needs.
  • Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers.
  • Calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively or refer to a manager/supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing tasks like dusting, front-facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional.
