As a Loan Origination Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in the loan lifecycle by ensuring smooth transaction closings, directly impacting clients and the wider community. Job responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client, Relationship Managers, and Underwriters to facilitate commercial real estate loan documentation and closing.
  • Engage with clients, outside counsel and operation teams to gather necessary items for closing, managing expectations throughout the process.
  • Prepare and dispatch documentation packages, ensuring compliance with credit and asset conditions.
  • Review loan documentation, and booking systems, applying critical thinking skills.
  • Assist in researching Sales and PPT tax items, applying critical thinking skills.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes and procedures.
  • Support junior closers with their loan closing transactions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
  • Expertise in commercial real estate loan origination, closing or a closely related field, with over two years of experience and proficiency in managing and resolving conflicts through collaborative solutions.
  • Advanced strategic planning capabilities, demonstrated by effective resource allocation decisions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating various aspects of loan transactions, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in time management and organization, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
  • Experience in a financial services environment, leveraging AI/ML to enhance lending processes and improve decision-making capabilities.
