The Difference You Make:

The Transaction Management Group (TMG) provides U.S. focused fixed income capital markets deal management support for transactions involving investment grade and Latin American issuers. The Transaction Management Group sits within Debt Capital Markets (DCM), and works closely with Corporate & Investment Banking, Legal, and Compliance to oversee and/or support the entire documentation and execution process for investment grade and Latin American issuers. TMG is primarily focused on live transactions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a TMG Analyst, you will work on all aspects of managing DCM transactions and will work closely with DCM bankers, internal legal, external counsel, industry bankers, syndicate, compliance, and the client to ensure high quality, seamless deal management support. You will also work on periodic or ad hoc matters, including assisting in the firm's responses to regulatory inquiries or DCM responses to internal audit matters.

The TMG Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinating the due diligence process with DCM and industry bankers.
  • Assisting in obtaining internal approvals.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policy, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting in drafting internal committee materials as needed.
  • Participating in internal committees.
  • Working with DCM bankers and industry bankers to assist in the preparation of offering documents, including prospectuses and roadshow presentations.
  • Working with external and internal counsels to assist in the preparation, negotiation and review of legal documentation and other matters.
  • Coordinate and assist in settlement processes, including ensuring operational readiness and liquidity availability and preparing and maintaining closing files.

Education:

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of due diligence, documentation and/or transaction management support experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines. Comfort operating in time-sensitive deal environments.
  • Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards.
  • Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).
  • Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.
  • Ability to escalate issues clearly and timely.
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills very strongly preferred

Certifications:

  • Series 7 and 63 will be required at or shortly after hire date.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Maximum:

$135,000.00 USD
