In your role as a Transaction Advisory Manager, you will lead transaction advisory engagements across buy-side and sell-side due diligence, supporting private equity firms, corporate clients, and entrepreneurs. You will help deliver high-quality financial due diligence that focuses on key value drivers, risks, and transaction considerations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
  • Oversee Quality of Earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements and project teams
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships
  • Review databooks, analyses, and deliverables prepared by team members
  • Identify key risks, trends, and value creation opportunities
  • Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop engagement budgets, monitor billing, and manage realization
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Associates and Senior Associates
  • Support business development efforts and proposal development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services
  • 3+ years of direct experience in financial due diligence
  • CPA designation required
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and with AI and data automation tools a plus
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
  • Experience working with private equity clients preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced transaction environments
