M&A Corporate / Transactions Associate
We are looking for an exceptional corporate associate with two to six years of experience in corporate / transactional work in a law firm.
Qualified candidates will handle a wide range of corporate matters including, M&A, capital markets, SEC, start-ups, and commercial work, and also function as outside GC to a variety of corporations, public and private.
The firm provides strong mentorship opportunity and upward trajectory toward partnership.
Candidates MUST have experience as an associate in the corporate department of a law firm and be admitted to the State Bar in California
Required experience:
M&A and corporate / transactional experience: 2 years
