We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support the financial operations of our Franklin manufacturing facility. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of accounting, inventory management, financial reporting, and operational finance while working alongside experienced finance professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain financial records and accounting documentation.
  • Support inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare recurring reports and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with freight and tariff tracking activities.
  • Support revenue recognition reporting and audit preparation.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Associate degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related experience.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
