Job Title: Corporate Finance Expert

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote


Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design technically demanding finance prompts and tasks that mirror investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance complexity
  2. Develop gold-standard solutions in Excel and PowerPoint to set objective benchmarks for AI model evaluation
  3. Create and refine clear grading rubrics for assessing AI outputs on transaction and modeling exercises
  4. Construct, modify, and review advanced financial models (3-statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, sensitivity analyses)
  5. Produce transaction analyses and investment materials with a client-ready, production-grade level of detail
  6. Develop and adapt professional templates, decks, and supporting materials commonly used across IB, PE, and Corp Dev
  7. Ensure all deliverables are precise, unambiguous, and uphold industry standards


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis
  2. Advanced Excel proficiency, including scenario analysis and model integrity checks
  3. Expertise in building polished, professional PowerPoint presentations and investment decks
  4. Strong familiarity with standard IB/PE/Corp Dev templates and processes
  5. Proven track record working on live deals, investments, or transaction execution
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity
  7. Ability to independently produce client-grade financial materials under tight timelines


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience evaluating or testing AI models, or developing technical prompts and assessments
  2. Exposure to multiple finance domains (e.g., IB to PE, consulting to Corp Dev)
  3. Prior work creating training data or technical assessments for advanced technology initiatives
