Job description

Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our growing team. Our transaction advisory practice provides financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions serving private equity sponsors, family offices, strategic acquirers, and business owners across middle-market companies in a variety of industries. You will lead engagements, manage client relationships, and collaborate with investment bankers, attorneys, and deal teams to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Responsibilities:
As Transaction Advisory Services Manager, you will lead quality of earnings studies, analyze EBITDA, perform financial due diligence, and calculate and negotiate net working capital for M&A transactions. You will prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and communicate regularly with deal teams throughout all phases of transactions. You will ensure client satisfaction by providing quality, timely, and responsive services. You will adapt to tight deal timelines, research complex accounting and financial issues in a transaction context, and foster a learning environment through servant leadership and knowledge sharing. This role may also involve supporting other assurance and advisory engagements as needed.
Specific Requirements:
• 5+ years of transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, investment banking, private equity, or relevant corporate finance experience (M&A, controller, CFO roles)
• CPA license highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with quality of earnings analysis, financial due diligence, and M&A transactions
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with EBITDA normalization adjustments and working capital analyses
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with deal teams
• Effective interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions in an effective and efficient manner under tight deadlines
• Experience with AI tools and data analytics preferred
• Experience with ProSystemfx Engagement a plus
• Servant leadership mindset and commitment to team development
• Construction and contractor industry experience a plus
