Job description

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Manager, Transaction Advisory Services to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities

  • Lead financial due diligence engagements for both sell-side and buy-side transactions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support transaction decisions.
  • Manage client relationships and provide expert guidance throughout the M&A process.
  • Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and managing budgets.
  • Prepare detailed due diligence deliverables and present findings to senior leadership and clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to contribute to the firm's growth.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory services investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and valuations.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering high-quality advisory services.
