• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide a range of therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment methods tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy (TFT) to facilitate healing and promote resilience.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and clearly defined interventions to track progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to offer seamless, coordinated care for clients.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops aimed at enhancing clients' understanding of their mental health and reinforcing therapeutic concepts.
• Document all sessions and assessments promptly and accurately to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide timely crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when needed to manage acute client situations effectively.

Our therapy services are designed to support a diverse demographic comprising individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. You will engage with clients facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges including but not limited to relationship issues, trauma, grief, and anxiety disorders. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships.

While two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, we value a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Candidates with experience in clinical settings performing psychological assessments, or those who have developed and implemented treatment plans are particularly encouraged to apply.
