F45 Training, the fastest growing fitness franchise network in the world, has exploded in the last 4 years with nearly 1,900 franchisees in 50+ countries, and this is just the beginning! We are a premier boutique fitness studio offering the most creative and innovative HIIT workouts in the industry.

We are currently looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivated, and charismatic Trainer to join our F45 Capitol Hill DC as a part time job.

The F45 Trainer plays a vital role within the team. You will be responsible for coaching or assisting classes and effectively delivering the trademark F45 Experience to the membership and the community. You will be required to work very closely with the Studio Manager to foster and retain healthy membership levels, in addition to welcoming and successfully inducting new members to the studio.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic individual, with excellent verbal communication skills. The candidate must have the ability, and the desire, to nurture and grow a thriving F45 membership culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class
  • Collaborate with Studio Manager and team on daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
  • Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
  • Create and manage a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
  • Administer body composition scans and perform fitness consultations with members.

Experience & Skills:

  • A current Certificate of Personal Training (CPT) as well as a current valid First Aid/AED. 
  • 1+ years of Personal Training Experience (preferred)
  • F45 Training experience is a bonus
  • A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
