About the OpportunityDFC Manufacturing Group is offering a Department of Defense SkillBridge training opportunity for transitioning service members interested in building a career in skilled trades and manufacturing.This is a 180-day, hands-on training program designed to develop foundational and intermediate skills in fabrication and assembly within a production environment. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals to learn processes related to die components, stripping, blanking systems, and general fabrication techniques required to succeed in the industry.This program is structured as a training experience. Participants remain on active duty and continue to receive pay and benefits from the Department of Defense during the program.Why This Opportunity MattersThis program is designed to bridge military experience into civilian skilled trades careers.
