You’re Not Applying for a Sales Job With a Vague Promise of Management “Someday.”
You’re applying directly into Aurum Wireless’s Retail Management Training Program.
This is a structured, full-time development program designed to prepare competitive, disciplined candidates to operate an assigned retail location. From your first day, you’ll receive hands-on training in customer acquisition, sales, team development, interviewing, scheduling and retail operations.
The program is designed so that successful trainees can be prepared for location leadership in approximately two to three months.
Everyone begins by learning the sales process because we believe leaders should understand the work they will eventually coach and manage. The objective is not to leave talented people in an entry-level position indefinitely. The objective is to develop the people who will operate Aurum’s next retail locations.

Your 8–12 Week Development Program
You’ll learn how to:
  • Professionally engage customers inside a high-traffic retail location
  • Ask effective questions and identify customer needs
  • Present wireless, entertainment and home-connectivity options
  • Explain promotions, savings and service features
  • Complete customer enrollments accurately
  • Deliver a professional customer experience
  • Follow company and retailer standards
You’ll receive training in:

  • Help train and support incoming representatives
  • Learn the operational responsibilities of running a location
  • Prepare for responsibility involving staffing, scheduling and store results
