IT Program Manager
ProSidian requires a Program Manager (PM) for our IT Effectiveness service line with experience in the design and implementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions.Β  The PM functions as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs.Β  AreasΒ ofΒ interest include Oracle Policy Modeling, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), OPA Web Determinations engines, and client-side training.

The Program Manager will be expected to lead a team of analysts and developers producing Oracle Policy Automation Rule Bases for a governmental client in charge of Licencing and Permitting processes. Β Join us in our innovative IT Practice.

Qualifications

Β Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional experience which should include either management consulting experience or relevant industryΒ knowledge.
  • Experience as a team leader in a full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment (including design and development)
  • Understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Production Experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technical lead
  • Production deployment experience using the OPA Web Determinations engine in a US .gov website project
  • Demonstrated ability in managing client-side training processes on OPA production rule bases
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Experience leading teams of analysts and developers
  • Knowledge and understanding of Licensing and Permitting processes
  • A willingness to travel to client locations


Experience Level:

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting and project management
  • 1+ years in full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Must be able to work independently
