Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide support to program managers in the areas of program planning and tracking 
  • Update program schedule status and overall program plan 
  • Gather and analyze data for program reviews, QBRs and other meetings
  • Responsible for earned value management 
  • Monitor and report program performance against plan for all programs
  • Ensure adherence to company policies/requirements and advise management on needed action
  • Assist in monitoring budgets, schedules, expenditures and time charges on programs 
  • Maintain records; prepare charts, graphs, tables, reports and other analyses as required
  • May assist as a team member on bid and proposal activity
  • Inform program management of customer problems, and may provide potential solutions
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers, under the direction of the program manager
  • Prepare customer communication as requested
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Complete special projects as directed

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business discipline
  • Basic knowledge of program management
  • Basic knowledge of earned value, cost accounting and reporting
