Operations Specialist - Program Coordinator

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support a key Immersion Program Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational and logistical aspects within a dynamic learning environment. This role requires strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while collaborating with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project management for a large-scale program, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
  • Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify needs, research solutions, and drive appropriate actions.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving to address challenges and optimize processes.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all operational and logistical tasks.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and outside clients.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associateโ€™s degree or 4+ years of equivalent education, experience, and training.
  • Experience: 3-4+ years in Program Management or Operations and Logistics, preferably within a learning environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with MIRO and Airtable.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier).
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a learning and development capacity.
  • Familiarity with Adobe LMS and Articulate Rise360.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Previous industry experience, particularly on a training team, is highly desirable.
