No CNA certification? No problem. Our Paid CNA Training Program allows you to earn a paycheck while receiving free on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience while preparing for CNA certification and building a long-term career in healthcare. Whether you're just entering the workforce, changing careers, or looking for a meaningful profession, we'll help you succeed.

Nursing Assistant (NA) Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility.
  • Help residents safely transfer, reposition, and ambulate.
  • Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
  • Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and companionship.
  • Assist with meal service, hydration, and daily routines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Work alongside Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident care protocols.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • No CNA certification required—we'll provide the training.
