As a Business Systems Analyst within PNC's SRC organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Columbus, OH, or Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX.
Assist with organizational change management activities for system enhancements, process improvements, and technology initiatives by assessing impacts, identifying risks, and developing strategies that support successful adoption and business readiness.
Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to gather requirements, understand current-state and future-state processes, and align change initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, training programs, and adoption metrics to drive user acceptance and maximize business value.
Facilitate change impact assessments, workflow analysis, and process mapping activities to evaluate organizational impacts and ensure effective transition planning across affected teams and functions.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts by engaging business users, developing test scenarios, validating business processes, and ensuring solutions meet organizational requirements prior to deployment.
Create and maintain change management documentation, training materials, process guides, communication artifacts, and knowledge resources to support sustainable adoption and operational continuity.
Collaborate closely with IT, project managers, developers, and business leaders to manage change requests, assess downstream impacts, support release readiness activities, and ensure successful implementation of system changes.

  • Participates in developing functional requirements for business systems; tests, trains and implements applications.
  • Translates clients requirements to functional documentation; participates in technical designs and test planning .
  • Designs, prototypes, configures, and tests new or enhanced applications .
  • Performs customer support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications .
  • Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoots problems, as necessary .
