The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently looking for a Manager In Training to join our team! This is a full-time position that will support both front-of-house operations and floor management within our nightlife environment. This role combines tipped service shifts with leadership responsibilities, including overseeing nightly operations, supporting staff, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure a high-level guest experience.
We're searching for a candidate who can:
  • Bartend and/or serve during scheduled shifts in a high-volume nightlife environment.
  • Provide elevated guest service and maintain strong hospitality standards.
  • Act as Manager on Duty on designated shifts, supporting operations and team execution.
  • Assist with managerial oversight including staff support, guest relations, and service flow.
  • Help with administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling support, inventory, communication, and reporting.
  • Maintain professionalism, accountability, and a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adheres to all RHG brand policies and procedures.
  • Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience.
  • Other supportive functions as determined by the manager.

Requirements
  • Previous hospitality and/or restaurant experience required; nightlife experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic bar and alcohol knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to cleanliness, safety procedures, and service standards.
  • A guest-oriented mindset with a professional and team-focused attitude.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Necessary food handling and alcohol certifications required.
