Job description

Service and Hospitality Manager- Agave House

At Agave House, we believe great service starts with taking care of our people. As a Service and Hospitality Manager, you'll help lead daily operations while fostering a fun, supportive, and respectful environment for both staff and guests.

This is a hands-on, floor-focused role. You'll lead during service, support staff development, help with scheduling and time clock details, and help maintain high standards across the restaurant. We also invest in our leaders - including opportunities for tequila and agave spirits education and certification, paid for by the company. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day!

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing the restaurant (More Closing)

  • Leading and supporting the floor team during service

  • Scheduling shifts and assigning sections

  • Training, and mentoring staff

  • Handling guest questions and concerns professionally

  • Ensuring cash handling, and inventory accuracy

  • Maintaining health and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • 18+ years old

  • Food Handler & Title 4 certified (or able to obtain)

  • Prior restaurant leadership experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays
