Re-enablement activities include, but are not limited to, identifying/documenting policies and procedures related to EBT WIC retailer enablement, training/providing technical assistance to retailers on new policies and procedures related to EBT implementation, collaborating with retailers to ensure that they have the correct point of sale equipment prior to implementation in their county, completion of test buys (purchases) at retailer locations statewide, user acceptance testing for the new WIC EBT system and collection, organization and analysis of retailer related EBT data.
