You'll support new product launches, product transitions, employee training, and continuous improvement while helping ensure our teams have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Product Training & Sales Enablement

  • Turn product features, benefits, fabrics, construction, functionality, and competitive advantages into clear, engaging selling stories.
  • Develop and deliver product training through in-person and virtual presentations, LMS platforms, and other learning formats.
  • Create engaging training and sales resources, including presentations, playbooks, product guides, and other content.
  • Keep product information and training materials accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Track training participation and effectiveness and share insights with the Director of Merchandising.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for product questions and support the Product Development inbox and Teams channel.
  • Support new-hire onboarding and the monthly Product Development Tour.
  • Coordinate product samples and resources needed for training, launches, and key initiatives.

Product Launches & Lifecycle

  • Partner across departments to connect product strategy with training, communication, and sales execution.
  • Use sales data, customer feedback, market insights, and competitive information to strengthen product education and communication.
  • Help develop tools, resources, and processes that improve product readiness and team efficiency.
  • Represent Chef Works at customer, partner, ambassador, sales, and company events as needed.
  • Bring a collaborative, customer-focused approach to everything you do.

What You Bring

Why Join Us?

This role gives you the opportunity to have a direct impact on how our products come to market and how our teams experience them. You'll collaborate with talented teams across the business, build your expertise in product and merchandising, and help turn great products into great customer experiences.
