Job description

AI Technology Partners (AITP) is a leader in delivering cutting-edge generative AI solutions and managed services, specializing in secure, customizable AI deployments for enterprises. Our offerings are designed to help organizations unlock the full value of AI while maintaining robust security and compliance across their infrastructures. To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a technical, hands-on AI Learning & Enablement Specialist to join our team on a contract basis.
About the role
AITP is looking for an experienced learning professional with deep AI fluency to support our growing managed service practice. You will design, develop, and deliver AI curriculum, training programs, and enablement content across enterprise AI platforms, helping end users and developers understand AI concepts, develop practical skills, and get real value from the tools they use every day.
Ideal Background & Experience
You're a fit if you combine strong instructional design and course development craft with hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work. You're comfortable in front of a room, virtual or in-person and can deliver the training you build, including workshops, office hours, and hands-on sessions with end users and technical teams. You know how to build scalable training artifacts and curriculum, not just deliver one-off sessions, and you bring a point of view on how adults learn AI effectively in a workplace context. Experience with enterprise technology platforms and change management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Must-have
  • Design and develop scalable AI learning programs, curriculum, and training materials
  • Support enablement initiatives across platforms and workflows such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, enterprise knowledge systems, AI productivity workflows, and emerging agentic AI experiences
  • Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on enablement experiences
  • Create learning assets such as prompt libraries, job aids, playbooks, guides, assessments, and LMS-based learning content
  • Partner with internal teams and enterprise clients to support AI adoption and user enablement efforts
  • Translate complex AI concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support change management and adoption strategies that drive measurable engagement and business impact
  • Continuously experiment with AI tools and stay current with evolving AI technologies, trends, and best practices

This is a contractor role with meaningful scope, real ownership, and clients that are serious about AI adoption. You will have the opportunity to help shape how organizations learn, adopt, and integrate AI into their everyday workflows in practical and impactful ways.
Location
  • Remote, East Coast/Midwest US-based candidates preferred. The role may involve working across multiple time zones.

How we work
  • Ownership & velocity: Small team, big surface area. You'll design, ship, and iterate quickly.
  • Security by design: Data governance and safety are table stakes, not afterthoughts.
  • Evidence over vibes: We measure task success, grounding, and cost-and improve with data.
  • AI as leverage: We use LLMs to accelerate engineering-not replace it.

Compensation
  • Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with experience.
What we offer
  • A place to Grow Your Career with opportunities to work on the most interesting, challenging, and innovative client projects.
  • A place where Everyone Belongs, and you are encouraged to bring your whole self to work.
  • A place of Learning & Sharing, where we are passionate about growing our knowledge and sharing our expertise with others.
  • A place of Flexibility to live where you feel the most at home and inspired.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes and a brief cover letter outlining relevant experience and why they are a good fit for this role.
