Job description

Oversee teaching and equipping Team Members to align with the goal of being The

Colony's most caring company

Responsibilities:

Oversees all certifications and periodically reevaluates the program for

continuous improvement

Completes orientation with all new hires

Equips all Team Members to be able to teach new hires

Makes sure everyone stays up to date on certifications

Keeping all Team Members current on Food Handler cards

Manages any certification-based pay increases and communicates them with

leader overseeing payroll

Makes sure new Team Members are certified in a timely manner and works with

the scheduler in making this happen

Helps facilitate follow-up teaching with Team Members struggling in different

areas

Makes sure new menu item procedures are communicated and taught to Team

Members

Works with Executive Directors and/or Ops Leads on any leadership-based

certifications for Team Members

Communicates important information with the rest of the leadership team

Qualifications:

  • Current or previous experience working at a Chick-fil-A.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and energized by team success.
  • Passion for hospitality, growth, and service excellence.
  • Available to work evenings, Saturday's, and select holidays.
  • Ability to meet with the leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Ability to be a part-time or full-time position.
